The Department of Justice is Defending Anti-Trump Bias in The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery Against the Federal Lawsuit By Pro-Trump Artist

MANHATTAN, N.Y. - Dec. 15, 2017 - PRLog -- Deputy Attorney Rod Resenstein responding to Congressman Trey Gowdy at the recent congressional inquiry into the anti-Trump bias being exposed in the FBI's Mueller investigation team.  Deputy Director Rosenstein said: "...we will ensure that no bias is reflected... in any matter within the Jurisdiction of the Department of Justice. When we have evidence of any inappropriate conduct we are going to take action on it...."

How come the Department of Justice is defending the egregious anti-Trump bias demonstrated by the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery DIrector KIm Sajet in the Trump Portrait lawsuit being litigated in the District Court of Columbia in D.C.?

Deputy Rod Rosenstein went on to say: "..our new group of U.S. Attorneys, our Justice Department appointees, they understand the rules, they understand the responsibility to defend the integrity of the department, and if they find evidence of improper conduct they are going to take action."  This seems to fly in the face of the fact that the Department of Justice attorneys, including newly appointed U.S. Attorney Jessie K Liu, have been presented with evidence of anti-Trump bias at the Smithsonian, in the complaint filed in the District Court for the District of Columbia by pro-Trump artist Julian Raven and yet there is no investigation.  The detailed complaint contains seemingly incontrovertible evidence of anti-Trump bias and claims a hostile anti-Trump political animus that was controlling the egregious conduct of the Smithsonian federal officials.

Is this another example of anti-Trump bias at the Smithsonian Institution's National Portrait Gallery by federal officials similar to FBI agent Peter Strzok etc?

The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery Director uses the official National Portrait Gallery Director's @NPGdirector twitter page to express her anti-Trump bias. Just visit the January 20th, 2017 tweet and see the re-tweeted New York Time's 'doom and gloom' anti-Trump article instead of any positive celebratory image of the newly inaugurated President Trump, especially since the Portrait Gallery refused to hang the Trump portrait which is now the subject in the lawsuit.  Or see the January 21st, photos of the National Portrait Gallery Director Kim Sajet participating in the anti-Trump protest 'march of women' against President Trump, the day after the inauguration and all this on the official Smithsonian @NPGdirector page! Or see if you can find a single photo of President Trump on the Director's official Twitter page!

Could this be evidence of a government official using an official Twitter page to promote her anti-Trump bias? Should not the Department of Justice investigate as Deputy Director Rosenstein said they would?

Should not all Anti-Trump bias be exposed and removed from every Federal institution where federal employees are required by law to be politically impartial?
